Sometimes if a user logs on with an incorrect password, the iPad memorizes it and will not accept what you keypunch. Your iPad has your information stored in the "cookies".
To clear this for one site information
Option 1
- Go to the iPad's settings
- Scroll down the left side and choose Safari
- Touch passwords
- Find the password relating to Chelsea and left swipe to delete the row
Option 2
- Go to the iPad's settings
- Scroll down the left side and choose Safari
- Touch Advance at the bottom
- Choose Website Data
- You might need to select "Show All Sites" at the bottom
- Find chelseareservations.com
- Left swipe to delete the row (if you are having problems getting the delete to appear, click the Edit button in the upper right corner and then touch the red -the Delete should appear.
Option 3 - Radical
Sometimes clearing one row will not reset your iPad and you will need to clear History and Website data. This is RADICAL and will delete ALL your passwords. Be sure this is what you want to do.
